*Should have high commercial activities
*Pmp, GMAT, Ielts TOEFL centres

ppa must have

*Stable/Semi Stable Electricity
*Strong etisalat network (I don't want to climb trees or rocks to make calls )
*Potable water must be available ( No fetching cooking water from rivers)
*Be free of cultists and robbers
*Cheap food
*Fine girls to hang out with
*Friendly villagers

its simply a means devised by NYSC for confirming the authenticity nd uniqueness of the jamb reg number that fetched you admission to the university.....majority dont have issues with this verification thing while some few persons does....inorder to avert story dat touch the heart,its better we all confirm this....coz it might result into immobilization.......
