My Q5 fell this afternoon and I discovered the screen is no longer showing. It's just blank as if the phone is not switched on. Messages are coming in, same with calls. But I can't see anything. What do I do please?

My password isn't working on my bbQ10 app world..i tried different id's it still insist I put the initial password. I even tried the password is not working..i can't use BBM and appworld.. pls help

your screen is damaged...you need to replace it

did you buy a used device? what OS is the device on?

You should make use of a wireless network to update your Q10, that's the only way you can get the update since you don't own a laptop.
You can connect to a hotspot to update.
Tried that too but it always says I'm using the latest version. 10.2

check that your wireless Internet connection is strong enough.

You're using a CDMA phone. Verizon maybe? If so, then you just have to chill because they haven't pushed the update yet. Try doing it any other way, and your phone will be useless to an extent.

You sure its the right OS that was installed on the Q10?

Try downloading another OS meant for Q10, do a phone wipe and install if you have all the necessary tools.

this error simply means your device is not accessing data...answer the following

1. do you have a data subscription?
2. do you have the right APN set for your data subscription and your network?
3. is your device branded to any network?

On your BlackBerry browser, type 1mobile browser in google search and download it from their website.

Pls I need help on my Blackberry z10 I can hear my caller but dey cant hear me wen i talk. But wen i put it in speaker fone it works fine. I have tired wiping, battery removing, all to no avail. pls wat can i do.
