Hi, 11 bids and just one feedback? i will say you should change you bids, read some pages back you will see great examples to use for your bids.

Am getting jobs now, constantly but none at mouth watering rates, just doing them for now for review sake...1.5$ per 500 words, although i got one yesterday for 11$ on a relatively easy topic.

Its possible to place 30 bids and get 1 return too, getting jobs on freelancer isn't just down to how well your proposal is constructed, could still be about your reviews or how high or low you bid on a particular job

Read a project description thoroughly before you bid and Remember to list any jobs you have done similar to the client's project

Usually they tell you to write them a sample of a particular number of words, but not the way you talked about. if they are gonna offer you a job, they'll either ask for sample or ask if you are ok with the payment they are offering. Having said all that, i dont think the job is your's yet, but ask her if she's giving you the project,

Tell her to award the job, set the milestone and you will complete it within the stipulated time.

It is a thing I know ranson, FL site is not light, not user friendly. It is too heavy, they need to lighten it up a bit. Perhaps dues to much files sha...unlike other freelancing sites. Even before it was redesigned, same problem. Even after, there are no improvements. You must have a good connection before you can acces it oo...I use Mozilla sometimes and it opens, most often I use opera browser. But let me ask you. Which ISP do you use to browse?

Yes now....won't you pay for the service you're buying? So, they will remove the dollar equivalent. If there is no money in your acct, transaction won't be successful.
