^^^Bros, i started believing the David and Goliath story way back as a kid when my cousin chased me with a catapult and got me square in the bum with a bulls-eye shot! Can't remember what it was about but i do know i pissed him off about something!

Do you realise that stone/pebble is nearly same size as head circumference of those archeologists?

What's the size of David, his arm and size of slingshot to have hailed a stone of such size.

I think you exaggerated a bit about your brother's marksmanship or maybe you don't know what a bulls-eye shot to the bum meant.

Were you bent over? If you were standing erect and facing the wall, there's no way he would hit it.

Btw I hope your brother's expert target with your bum ended with that incident?

A crack shot to the bum isn't enough evidence that David killed Goliath.

if the stone is that large that means David wasn't the one who put the stone in that skull.

If that particular stone was not shot in there by David it means that skull is not Goliath's.

This is not to discredit the bible, for I have no doubt about the biblical account of David and Goliath. But needful to say that this is a trumped up evidence- a hoax and a travesty . let me analyze it


1- the first picture of so called archeologists is a Photoshop of overlaid image of people on a rescaled image of a skull ... You can confirm this by the blurry end of the pix .

2- the stone David would have slinged in comparism with the pictures own is blown out of proportion. More like replacing the earth size to that of the sun. How do I know this? . take the cue, the head is massive and according to the first pic , its as huge as a man . but taking the second pics reveals that the stone is quite profound and big enough to be seen as a third eye sort of . if we are to juxtapose the two scale together we should have a mind image of the stone to be as big as a human head . the question is would David had been able to swing a stone the sixlze of human head? Or even that of a fist ? All indication from the scriptures says: David thrust his hand into his bag (Morse) and took a STONE from there -1samuel 17:49 . could David had been carrying a bag capable of carrying the a stone the size of a human head?..

3 this same story of Goliath's head had been discovered like a million times now . one would ask how many Goliaths did David kill?

4 USE YOUR REASONING FACULTY TO REBUFF THIS LIE from those thinking they can support God's truth with the lie

You are wrong. People of those days are actually smaller than people of today. This is due to poorer nutrition and medicare. Most excavated bones od ancient people are actually far less than 6 feet. 6 feet was a rarity back then.

About the story, it is an obvious fake. A human with a skull that big cannot stand upright, his spine and legs would collapse under its own weight. People who are 8 feet tall cannot stand unaided.
