Buhari should thread carefully on this matter, you can't stop amnesty for the Niger delta militants while your imploring negotiations and amnesty for the insurgents, it's simply injustice.

In my opinion,it is looking like we have a situation where we would have to do massive austerity in Nigeria, because oil prices have fallen , and as a result.....we no longer have the money we once had.

Let us be honest. I guess all we can do is pay the fees....and probably stipends of $200 monthly. I know it is painful....but either oil prices go up....or we forget about amnesty projects.

let Buhari sensible give these guys a two year time line to end this Amnesty thing. Abruptly cutting them off will cause a massive resurgence that the military will not be able to handle. read b4 u spew trash, the ppl complaining are those that are currently undergoing training in other countries. If the amnesty has been stopped these set should at least still be sponsored to complete their training and education and not left stranded by the federal govt
