Nigerians, it's about time we start appretiating our works and products! China is the second largest economy in the world today because they patronise themselves at a high rate, same applies to U.S and other world heavyweights.

What am I trying to insinuate?

Criticizing this new work by a Nigerian and calling it thrash is a threat to our growth as a nation. We cant develop with critisms. Let us learn to appretiate our efforts.

I see this Friends888 becoming a heavyweight in Nigeria soon. Loyal Nigerians will go and sign up with the site. And I'm going there now to do so.

It's not the rubbishing of the work. That is criticism and it helps in development.

It's about someone bringing my personality into it that I copied others code. When mine is 54% different from Facebook and 30% different from twitter.

If you look at the first two profiles, you will see that One is verified and the other is not verified. Facebook don't have such tools.

Look at the third picture, you will see a stop notification button on top of the picture uploaded in newsfeed. Facebook own is totally different.

Unlike Facebook, There is no friend request. What you do is follow others.

Facebook was used as a benchmark for the site.

The name sounds way too complex. Why not Friends" or Friends88"
Op.. What's the idea behind the triple 8?

There is no idea behind the name. The owners were looking for a domain name with the word friends and also a .Com domain. That was how they come up with friends888.com.

Please we need as much people as possible to sign up and help us test the site. Kindly visit
