Bros you are on point. Sometimes I wonder if people knew what PH was like before Amaechi started dualizing the roads. For the records, PH-Aba Rd was the only major dual carriage way in Port Harcourt. The likes of Old Aba Road, Trans-Amadi (Slaughter to Rumuobioakani), Stadium Road, Ada George, Market Road, Nwaja, etc... was done by Amaechi.
Let Wike Pick up new roads and work on. There's Woji road (from Woji junction to Alcon road), Trans-amadi (slaughter to Garrison), Iwofe road, Rupoku-Eneka Road, Rumuokwurushi - iguruta road, etc...
