While we are focusing on the Marylin Ogar aspect of the story, bombs are going off and lives are being wasted. If she needs to be sacked or whatever, by all means go ahead but please tell whoever is in charge to do something. Another officer from Katsina is to come and do a probe. No problem, let him probe but while he is at that, breadwinners and other citizens are being slaughtered. This is a national emergency. If the President needs to empty the military barracks and relocate all troops to North, let him act fast. Those demon-possessed murderers are moving to other States and who knows where next?.
