bellamy101: It may be that the battery is not seated correctly. Try reconnecting it or if that doesn't work the battery contacts may be dirty or oxidized and it’s certainly not making good connection with the motherboard. You can clean it with a cleaner if you have one. If this doesn't work then the battery is bad, test it with a new battery and If you replaced the battery but the problem still exists, this is motherboard related failure. Apparently the charging circuit on the motherboard failed. In this case the whole motherboard has to be replaced sadly. 1 Like |

pls i dont know the problem with my hp laptop..each time i open the mt4 fx trading platform on my desktop it opens for a few seconds and disappears.Initially if i reopened it like 2 times it then stayed but presently it does not stay.I dont know if it is a virus issue..kindly assist |

Please house i'm having issues with using my laptop conveniently. Its a HP250 less than 2 years old and it runs on OS 8.1 It is very slow, especially when browsing the internet with it. Sometimes i don't achieve anything but to waste my data bundle. The mousepad doesn't respond well to touch therefore causing me to put more pressure on clicks and dragging. Email pages don't open fully except just the sender's name/address and subject, the body of the mail hardly comes up. Please i'll appreciate clues on how to make my laptop worth its price again. Are you guys using Windows 10 already? If yes, download here the latest version of CCleaner software which supports Windows 10. I guess, every PC user should have it in order to maintain his computer clean and fast. It helps me a lot too. |

omotsonfx: If you have any Antivirus on your computer, you can open it up and you should see something concerning doing a scan. Do a full system scan preferably. You could also download Malwarebytes and use that to scan. Just Google the name, you'll find it. To run as administrator, just right click the program and you should see the option to 'Run as Administrator'. |

Greetings to all the computer gurus in the house. I use a. Copaq cq58. I'v not been Able to connect to the internet via wifi. Anytime I try connecting, I see a yellow triangle under the bars representing the network signal and it tells me No internet access. Really need your help on this. |
