Buh can U explain this; why still conduct test when they are yet to sort out the ones on their hands?

This is my take; for them to still be conducting test while they have a lot of peeps still waiting for their response after interview/exco can mean two things...

1. There have more vacancy to be filled compared to D successful peeps @ D test n interview...
Buh D counter-question is; why not get back to them if they are successful so they @least know they are successful? 

2. They have the habit of not contacting unsuccessful applicant after D test n interview, cos I could remember during my test @ Q n Q Place, D guy said if U dont get a response after 3days mean U are unsuccessful...

If however, D latter is D case I will say they suck @ conducting recruitment...

This recruitment is done on a zonal/regional basis. That's why the applicant quotes his preferred role and location when sending his application. I wouldn't know why some don't get the regret messages but one has to keep an open mind and follow the process to the end. Its no do or die thing, I always say though its not easy to be kept in the dark. One just needs to be encouraged even though one doesn't make it. Sad truth is that not everyone will get the job. So why would one be bitter over what he doesn't have control over?

Pls those that had their interview in Abuja on the 22nd June can we get to reach each other?

He's own is very fast o. I think it depends on the need as well as urgency of what he applied for. Had my interview @ head office on friday. Very brief just 18 minutes. I'm counting on God for the next stage.

some of Stanbic contract staff who wrote d exam and passed the interview had been sent to a specific clinic for medicals. I guess fresh applicants should get theirs any moment from now. just be hopeful

cos during my medicals I met some ppl considered for the enquiry officer role.....and that's over 6weeks ago
they weren't contract staff

after medicals, you are already one leg in. just be hopeful for induction call. it ranges between one to four months after successful medical examination

ok no problem...when i was called for my chat which was on the 25th, the person used a personal line to call me...was that how they contacted u? im being tempted to call that number ooo to know how far..lol.....i dont know if its experienced hire recruitment that is causing all this delay....
