I have a friend who did the nonsense bogus visa/immigration stamp for south Africa and Kenya. ..he was surprised during his interview when the lady asked him where he got the bogus stamp from and the lady was so honest by telling him he's being refused for fraudulent actions.

PRESENTLY AM IN GHANA AND WANNA ASK IF I CAN APPLY HERE,also what credentials and documents must i have to apply for this type of visa.

I have just paid the visa fee for my 3 littles kids, ages 3,5 and 8, I also filled their ds_160 forms differently and submitted but I don't know how to book their interview so that it will be together.I and their dad already has our visas. How will I book their interview such that they will all be interviewed together

you cant apply from ghana with a nigerian passport and you might get denied if your uncle invites you cus they will want to know how he got his citizenship. do it on your own

what are you doing in GH? you can apply from any consulate in the world. however it is more difficult to prove ties to your home country in another country.

thats a misconception held by many people. you don't need an invitation before you apply for your category of visa or before a visa is issued to u. read back the pages of this thread all d answers u need can be found there

If u are in ghana legally eg you have a resident permit or you are studying full time there yes u may get the visa.
If u are there on a visit- No. From visit na e u wan visit again? Lol
As for the processses involved, u will have to do some research. Read back this thread or read the US website. Its self explanatory. If u now don't understand, u can ask specific questions

IMO since they are minors, if there is a provision for 'does not apply' u put same there. A minor does not have an income. They are ur dependants and you have already submitted ur details.
I suppose one of u (either mommy or daddy) will accompany them to the embassy. Carry along ur pale. They will cross reference your details.
