A trailer loaded with bags of cement lost control and rammed into shops in Mushin-Olosa this afternoon. The trailer was trying to avoid potholes on the road when it lost control. More photos from the accident after the cut...

Most of these trucks plying our roads are not road worthy. I marvel at the state of some trucks I encounter on the road especially at night. From only one headlight working, no working taillights/brakelights, emitting too much smoke making the road barely visible, etc. But the owners of these trucks are loaded so they sort our officers heavy.
Most of these trucks have earned way more than their purchase amount. The owners are greedy and hence want these trucks to remain on our roads when they should have been scrapped.
