I don't have the box again.. Just a part that has the imei number. I rarely use the BBm and use to alternate my BBID and password with that of my android phone... The ID and password I have is not attached to any phone.

You may have to kiss the phone goodbye. Your BBID and password is the only sure way of retrieving your pin since you don't have your phone box anymore.

Glad it was successful. Go to appworld and update every app that needs updating. After apps update, restart your BlackBerry.

You may have to take your phone back to factory settings or flashing it may solve the problem.

Mtn has plans for BB10 which is quite expensive with low data. 3k for 1.5gb and 1k for 260mb ( I don't know if they have reviewed the plans).
Glo still gives more data for less except for the fact their bad network is making them loose customers.
You can go with airtel or Etisalat which is also quite expensive.

My bbZ3 Battery drains faster and when it's on 15% it turns itself off.please what can i do to make the battery last stronger and also the turning off shii at 15%
