The man in question needs to understand that having sex with someone creates a spiritual bond you can't see. So the more he commits the act, the stronger the bond.

Now this would result to two things;

1. One person might end up catching feelings, either way it's going to cause a crack in the man's marriage. Definitely you can not serve two masters at a time, between the women attention would be drifted more to one person's side thereby creating a rift as time goes on

2. Definitely, one day the man would be caught.
