standardized text= No. which course =graduate course MBA. which category of school granted you admission =university how old are you=25 when did you graduate from university =2011 did you apply yourself or someone packaged you= admission application, I did myself but visa appointment, agent did ( those guys in the consulate) you can also post your previous transcripts of denials for experts to dissect and constructively criticize .={ Thank you for your interest in traveling to us. This is to inform you that you that you have been found ineligible for a nonimmigrant visa under section 214(b) of the u.s. immigration and nationality Act. A denial under section 214(b) means that you were not able to demonstrate that your intended activities in the U.S would be consistent with the classification of the nonimmigrant visa for which you applied. While nonimmigrant visa classifications each have their own unique requirements, one requirement shared by many of the nonimmigrant visa categories is for the applicant to demonstrate that he/ she has a residence in a foreign country which he/she has no intention of abandoning. Applicants usually meet this requirement by demonstrating that they have strong ties overseas that indicate that they will return to a foreign country after a temporary visit to the U.S. such ties include professional, work, school, family, or social links to a foreign country. You have not demonstrated that you have the ties that will compel you to return to your home country after your travel to the u.s. Today's decision cannot be appealed. However, you may reapply at anytime. If you decide to reapply, you must submit a new application form and photo, pay the visa application fee again, and make a new appointment to be interviewed by a consular officer. If you choose to reapply, you should be prepared to provide information that was not presented in your original application, or to demonstrate that your circumstances have changed since that application. Sincerely,} thanks for your concern |

casalucky: This is not your interview transcript (The questions VO asked you and the answers you gave to the VO). This is just meaning of 214B paper that was given to you.. Try to sit down and take your precious time to think back how the interview was and the questions the VO asked you, Am sure you will recall most of the questions |

ayyyyo, you will do yourself a lot of good if you can try and check transcripts (both approvals and denials) between May till date. You can also make reference to the ones for Spring 2015 (Oct-Dec, 2014). It will greatly help your preparation within this short period you've got. Wish you God's best bro, We await your transcript. ayyyyo: |
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 7 by djmakson(m): 8:55pm On Jul 17, 2015 |
You could bridge the by telling that you worked with your dad when you finished high school and thereafter traveled to Malaysia. You may not have to mention the computer training thing. The Consular Officers commonly hear that. That's my 2 cents bro, I hope it helps. SantaClause: |

Who is your sponsor Do you write test? What year did you grad from either high school or university? E.T.C.... Note that question might be in another grammar |
