You are absolutely wrong. First what you quoted Sahih Bukhari and Muslim are Hadith Books not The Qurán. Secondly your translation is wrong. the narration according to Bukhari: The Throne of Allah is on WATER.
While Sahih Muslim said the Throne of Satan is upon Ocean. And Ocean is not Water. By the way we know that Satan is deceitful and he can take any form to deceive humans, he can take the form of deceased human to appear as, a ghost, exact replica of the deceased to deceive some people. Likewise the Satan can appear on his throne upon the ocean to some people in order to deceive them that he is Allah but we believers know that he (satan) is not Allah because Allah (The Creator of this universe) is not inside this universe and as an Unlimited being He can never be seen by the limited sight of humans. We know that vision cannot grasp Him, mind cannot comprehend Him because both vision and mind of a limited being are limited hence can never grasp or comprehend Unlimited being.
