I have listened to Okaka and the lyrics are not secular. Its upbeat and funky but definitely not secular.

I don't think the way it sounds has anything to do with being secular. Like you pinpointed, its Don moen's fav. You definitely can't tell me he just loves the song without fully understanding the message it portrays.

I haven't heard SELFIE but I doubt its secular either.

Not all christian songs have to be sorrowful. Put a little beat into it. Many people love such songs.
