What is it suppose to be I don't understand the picture.

Recently, Indian scientists discovered lead poison in noodles packs produced by nestle food after they carried out experiment on it.It's unfortunate that Nigeria don't have scientists who can carryout experiment on most beverages and foods produce by the multinational companies operating in Nigeria. Some of these companies even import expired food ingredients into the country in connivance with customs and nafdac officials.
