A very close friend of mine mother has been sick for a while now, she is still in the hospital and I have been with them too, after series of test it was confirmed that she is HIV Positive, the test result has not been revealed to him yet as the doctor called me secretly and told me. Doctor says I should be careful with the information. Now am really confused as I don't no if I should tell him so that he can be careful pending while his dad comes or I should just seat and watch him while he still take care of his mom. 2 Likes 1 Share |

That's Doctor is very foolish n stupid for flagrantly breaking medical ethos and code of conduct; I wish I knew him... appropriate sanctions would have been meted to him... SMH at the foolish people been groomed nowadays |

Sometimes am conscious of some posts here on nairaland; some nairalanders are so perfect in cooking up stories full of fictions. But i pray Op, yours isn't. Back to the topic just wait for your friend's dad, am sure the doctor will convey the message better to them. As for your friend, all you need do is watch him carefully against having extreme contact with the patient to avoid being infected. Anyways, i don't know where Op lives but there is a hospital popularly known in abuja but with branches over the country that treats HIV with no trace of infection. |
