am seeing this from different point of view, though am a Yoruba, I see this as a way of combating crimes in there society, looking critically, every one is saying languages like Mandarin are not there, well, the Chinese don't commit Crimea like Nigeria's Yoruba, and also they already have people who can speak that language.
