Need info on completing my DS-160 form, under Travel Companions Information ( Are you traveling as part of a group or organization? ) section, i indicated no and supply my two kids information(have b1/b2 visa) , i want know if that's correct and at what point will i indicate their visa information in the cause on my application

If u have submitted and gotten a date, you will have to place a call.In that circumstance, I would advice you not to make any material changes. Both can be viewed. Puts u in a shady light.
Look out for? Nothing. They renew based on your DS160 and what they have on file. If they need clarification you are called in for questioning...em sorry an interview (No be SSS) lol

Phema is correct. Travel date can change. What is required is your ability to convince the PEO that your port of entry. If you cannot make it with your family this year, you can try next year and explain at port of entry why you did not travel as earlier planned. You have no reason to worry, only that you must use the visa before it expire.
