Jesus is NOT God. He said so himself. He always said he is doing the work of the one who sent him. Son of OBJ is not OBJ. 1 Like |

Jesus became Son only after His resurrection. Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. God to christianity not a personal name but a common name for a class of beings; highest among beings. Ye are gods all of you are children of Most High. More explanation to follow meanwhile, let me enjoy my meal. 1 Like |

OLAADEGBU: There are many gods, but there is only one who is the almighty among them, the father of Jesus. All goats are not the same, just like all gods are not the same. No kid of goat is greater than or equal to its begetter, especially in age. |

OLAADEGBU:do you read what you just wrote! Your defination up there jumped a process; man beget through intercouse! how does God beget Jesus? Do you mean through intercourse? Explain the process that God used to beget jesus other than mere utterance from God to Jesus during baptism......emphasis on beget! 2 Likes |

OLAADEGBU:tell me that you can't explain the process of how God beget Jesus! Simple so until you do that we all knew that man beget through intercouse and so your variables in your analogy of beget are not in agreement and so nulled and voided! |

OLAADEGBU: Angels are described as 'sons of God', not as adopted sons. Can that be used as proof of their godship and equality of rank with God? Your point on the use, or non use of the word 'adoption' is weak.
Please note how your expression in red refutes the one in green: If to beget means TO BECOME the father of, it therefore means God has not always been the father of Jesus, (according to your logic/analogy). Again, the moment God begot, or BECAME the father of Jesus, Jesus also BECAME the son of God, true or false? Recall that you claim Jesus 'never BECAME God's son'. (Your comment in green) QUESTION: When God BECAME the father of Jesus (according to your comment in red), what happened? Did Jesus refuse to BECOME God's son?
I do not dispute the godship of Jesus, for even Satan is a god. The word "God" is a title that can be used to describe any kind and being, like man and Satan respectively. If you claim Jesus is or equals to the almighty god, then you are 100% wrong. No other being can BEGET (BECOME the father of) the almighty god. Isaac was the only begotten son of Abraham, could we therefore conclude Isaac was equal to Abraham, his father? One was obviously greater than the other. The begetter is always greater than the begotten, especially in age. |

OLAADEGBU: I have agreed with you na. Acording to your theory, Mr Ade givre birth to to Ade Jr that means Ade Junior can go to work as Ade Sr and should be given all what is due to his father irrespective of his qualification. We are not argueing if Jesus is divine or not. We are not asking if a snake gives birth to a lion. We are asking if Jesus is the son of God, a divine being or if Jesus is God as in Jehovah himself. But if you choose to play around and act like you dont understant what this is about then by all means suit yourself. |

OLAADEGBU: Good, a kid of goat is still a goat. The son of God can be said to be a God. Likewise son of man is a man , and not man. |

Freksy: All created beings such as Adam and Angels can also be referred to as 'sons' of God but not the only begotten Son of God which is reserved for the Lord Jesus Christ. Fresky: Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son because He eternally proceeds from the Father. He is the Father's 'selfie' Fresky: What God begets has the nature of God and what man begets has the nature of man. Jesus had both the natures of God and man. Simples |

OLAADEGBU: You have now dumped your own goat pikin explanation as you have realised the truth in it. What man begets is man , does these mean the begetor and begetee are the same Man?. No. man begets man but the man begeted cannot be the same as the begetor. Neither did they come to exist at the same time. Selfie! My God! .if jesus is the fathers selfie, what is the holy spirit? The camera?!!!! |
