Hello people,

Good morning , I spoke at length with Michael of Nonikings at length about the services and complaints here.
I was trying to make him understand that they are loosing it, so much so that people are getting frustrated with their services especially the delays,

He pointed out that no doubt they have their own issues but if customers could help them, they would perform better.

He said that issue of delays comes as a result of importers not giving correct instructions to their sellers(I will attribute this to the language barrier between us and Chinese sellers learning to communicate in English)

He asked that we should always insist that we do the best we can to assure a good services amongst them are-
1. Make sure you ask your seller to add your name and phone number on your package.

2. Collect tracking number from seller withing 6hours of shipment , track and confirm its been shipped.

3. Send tracking numbers on the delivery date (when you see the package has been delivered) to Judy and Michael in an SMS(text message) and not whatsapp and the SMS should include a.your name
b. Your phone number
C. Tracking no.
D. Mode of sending-express or normal.
If you need sea shipping, contact them to send you the sea shipping warehouse.

If don't do this and your seller send your goods without a name, you end up waiting for them to search it and bring out and they may just waste time.
Because more and more , packages without names comes everyday and thus pushing older ones inside and making searching a little difficult.

If you need to have a discussion with Michael, whatsapp is not the right way, he told me yesterday that he currently has about 590 whatsapp messages he has not replied and may not reply.

You can call him around 530:-6pm Nigerian time, he doesn't sleep early.

Please note that you write your name and phone number just at the beginning, once you send to seller, do the rest and you are fine.

It's been almost 2 weeks that Nonikings received 4 packages from my sellers sent via SF Express and confirmed delivered via tracking. I've lost so much business due to this useless company. I've sent numerous messages to Judy and Mike. I only got response today that they only have 2 and it's still in China. Ive told them several times to send whatever they have by express. I'm tired of calling Augusta too. If you like yourself. PLS DO NOT USE NONIKING. It's not worth the hassle. They don't respond to messages. I don't care how busy they claim they are. 2 weeks is more than enough time to know the status of my goods. Now it seems that they have lost or stolen 2 of my packages.

Pls how do I retrieve my goods from this useless company? The goods are over $1000. What happens to the 2 they can't find. Na so my money go lost? me ran away frm nonnikings early dis yr after dey lost my package worth 96k. judy said she recieved it d has sent it to naija. mike said my name is not on his manifesto.na so i wait frm november till feb. no news so so posting up nd down. finally was declared missing. dey say no refunds. it was a good samaritan dat took up my case nd i was paid 49k oyt of my total amount. half bread is better dan non.
