Face the reality or keep wailing. When Jonathan was funding PDP states through inappropriate means, where were you and your sanctimony.
Nonsense.

Pls which inappropriate means did he fund PDP states? Tell us. Most of the nation's fund during GEJ went to the north! Go and find check!

It was centered around the rehabilitation of the almajiri's!
Pls tell us the means he funded them!

To me his answer both states the truth and also the reality of the political situation while guaranteeing that he won't victimize any region because of it.
The reality is that while no region would be victimized, there must be political reward for others taking the right political decision and sacrificing to ensure that that decision is made to count at the ballot.

And while you're ingesting this political reality of buhari's, we undeserving south southerner's will wake you up to a harsh economic reality soon, just keep defending the indefensible, you're on the right track if breaking up this geo-political juxtaposition called Nigeria is your goal!

You guys would defend even the indefensible, worst form of sycophancy.
The American Deep South always votes Republican yet Obama as a true leader treats all equally, Jonathan bent over backwards for the North despite them voting and rooting against him.
This statement if true serves to confirm Buhari as a vindictive bigot, maybe the secessionists are right.
I hope he was misquoted.

Well, you prolly think that I double like your promiscuous brothers that bags your kind like chickens in the market even as they are uncircumcised filthy swines. grin

A little history lesson for you mrs dumbo, the north is a feudal society with a class system that ensures that the ancient household with a name continues to lord over you and your miserable people that has been bamboozled with religion and of course if you're smart enough you should be able to understand that such a society is usually plagued with backwardness, disease, poverty and illiteracy and finally you've landed the last one on your menu list which is internal insurrection and I guess that you're already aware of where you're heading to in the next 50yrs from now - Here in the South We are autonomous and every man is born equal with no class system as long as you can work your way up the ladder of the society. If you don't see the wisdom in that , then continue ranting on how your Fulani migrants are dominating you down their because here we are free men.
I just gave you a simple insight on how you've been living in a hellhole of life while thinking you control Nigeria grin
Countries aren't controlled by marrying four wives and birthing 20 kids with some elites depending on a natural resources that can be cut off once the chips are down but by ideology that builds an autonomous society where every man is equal with no religious rag heads dictating how they live their lives under the sword and knife.
Do you even know what will happen to people like you if your virgin seeking bastards expands further maybe you need to ask Iraqi and Syrian women - if I were you I'd be thanking God for the Southerners because without a United Nigeria your virgin tasty fellows will overrun the old order and usher in another order of backwardness ,poverty and illiteracy......Go figure.

Simply the truth.... the reason "Lower Niger delta" shouldn't be with this ppl, they are infesting us

My friend go and give the advice to APC!
APC supports even the unsupportable and opposes even the unopposable!

They lie, manipulate, condemn, threaten and twist just to oppose! Give that advice to APC, they need it most!

If something is done by PDP, they condemn it but if the same thing is done by APC, they praise it!

@francizy I don't believe Buhari said that, there is hearsay and propaganda everywhere... all I see here is someone or some people not maintaining their cool after an election took place but didn't go in their favor. The way you guys react online makes one feel Buhari doesn't have supporters in the south east. Why do you always have to knock at your neighbor's door every morning and tell him you're warming up to come and fight him? Doesn't that define an empty vessel? I just don't like this vocal attitude, let your challengers fear you with your silence, calmness and composure is what earns a man respect during adversity, buckle up man, this is politics. Leave other ethnic groups out of this, it was 50-50 chance for everyone, either way, someone will lose or gain and things will move on. I would rather say, spend more time and build more alliances, but stop this vocal outburst against the present government even before it has started, your brothers living outside the south east do not enjoy it, they don't welcome it, let everyone speak for themselves, let everyone see the change they voted, if it doesn't come, then you have right to call names, this is just too early, you guys keep creating a false impression with the Internet. How I wished one cannot create multiple accounts, we'll know the propagandists are very few set of people who do not even represent the opinions of many in the SS/SE region.

Please let's play this politics with diplomacy, devoid of bitterness and rancor. This is my opinion. The polity is heating up so much and it's unacceptable.

Mr. Man, I didn't quote you to argue whether the statement is propaganda or not. Even if we all know that the source of the news is the same one that used to be "credible" when PDP was in power and now, the same people that used tro believe whatever comes out of the Sahara now call it a propaganda agency. What hypocrisy!

By the way, I quoted you to see the post of your ilks on here and there are so many other ones but instead of condemning it, you turned around and lambasted SE/SS alone. Typical!

I won't see you as cut out for politics.

Me thinks that as a budding politician, it is normal that some people wld vote against you and that could be out of their not really knowing/trusting you, pure tribalism/nepotism, etc.

It behoves on you to increase your support base by out-performing and letting them know that their fears are needless and these you can do by visibly standing up for them even when your majority supporters try to "show" them.

His region and party will only have themselves to blame if his actions reflect that statement posted above cos a president is like a father.

And in every family, there'll always be that child who doesn't agree with what the others (and even the parents) are saying.

I did not lambast the SS/SE, I am lambasted those online propagandists creating a false impression that the region wants out from Nigeria and will not support this government, if that doesn't bother you, it bothers me because the SS/SE people are not what some propagandists are representing online.

Let people with their personal opinions or condemn it, if you had scrolled further from the post you quoted, you would have seen where I disagreed and objected to the insinuation that Buhari will relegate some regions in favor of others, that's not the Buhari I supported. I'm not paid to react to every post on nairaland, I'm just disappointed at how People are "demonizing" Buhari when he has done nothing wrong, condemn his policies, don't tell the world he's against any tribe, that's ridiculous, I don't remember people doing that to Jonathan openly
