Wonderful! Frm AAU edo state... Two of my lecturers are products of unijos, they are really critical when it comes to design. Are u a freelance architect? How has it been? smiley

a design student in the house, i have been learning on my own. pls what do you guys think about the national building code as relates to required setbacks? compared to what i have seen online, i think it's too stringent and encourages urban sprawl bearing in mind that most plots been sold nowadays measure only 50*100 feet in dimension.

both but the 3m is more restrictive.

Well, it's intended to necessitate sufficient circulation within a compound. Also allows for free movement of air into the building's fenestration.
