Two bedroom bungalow (both rooms ensuite)

External building dimensions : 9.75m X 12.275m
Land requirement : 15m (50ft) X 15m (30ft)

Features :
Lounge (4.35m X 3.8m)
Foyer (2.250m X 1.7m)
V.toilet (1.2m X 1.5m)
Dinning (2.4m X 2.4m)
Kitchen (2.65m X 2.55m)
Store (1.3m X 1.5)
Bedroom 1 (3.3m X 3.6m)
M.bedroom (4.2m X 3.750m)
Baths (1.5m X 1.350m)

An updated cost estimation will be appreciated.

Seen... was a mix up.. it will actually take 1.8m to get the carcass of that building done.. that's what I intend writing, not 18m, it's not a house made of gold grin

It's a flat roof sloping backwards.. it can also be modified to several roof designs, depending on what the client wants..

Thanks sir, although I have been more involved in designing that building in recent times, I do have some jobs I have handled, but posting pics would be with the consent of the owner as it is with the design, but this I can promise, I will post pics of the next project I'm about to handle, very soon..
