Cool Music Has Lost Its Power over Nigerian Girls. by osile2012: 1:54am On Jul 24, 2015 |
I remember the days when u invite a girl to your house and put R&B music, 70% of the job is done. IF you are driving her in a lonely road and listening to R&B, whatever you say is sinking uninterupted. Sometimes u start holding hands and kissing no hard. But today, Girls are something else. I went to take a girl out recently and decided to put R&B as we dey go , to have a romantic setting. To my gratest suprise, she said "Whats up with all this sleeping music, your playing? Shaking my head for u. Dont you have wizkid ojuelegba etc? " I said i dont. This girl collect the cord and connected to her phone started playing from wizkid ojuelegba to patoranking etc. All my prepared yarns begin jump out of the window. 1 Like |

@ op, i must say you have a strong point here. Such development amongst our girls baffles me these days. I am a chronic lover of R&B music (Not that i hate hip-hop music oo!) and it baffles me to observe that almost all the girls i meet are exact opposite of me in the area of music. And this could actually be the reason why they have suddenly lost their sense of reasoning. |
