That's how you know that:
1. He has no experience
2. He does no believe in himself
3. He is not ambixious.
4. He has a defeatist mentality
5. He doesn't think like a winner.

The teams with the most talents don't always win the tournament. We saw athletico madrid won the La Liga ahead of the more talented Real Madrid and Barcelona FC.
Nigeria has the talent to win any tournament they go into, all they need is a good manager and a more organised NFF.

So I don't think Sunday Oliseh is the Messaih we seek. He should have been an assistant to someone first.
