Thanks house the funniest part of it is that i track my application now online and it tells me that the application( passport collected at the VAC today's date) which my agent is still not responding to my call, and regarding the documents i submitted for the bio metrics he gave a and my other partner the details documents i.e hotel booking, flight and co put not paid yet just reserve. and my statement of account, filled IMM522 that form sha, and passport with the form filled at the centre given to us, and i make sure i cross check the document he hand over to me i cant say much about the booking and co cause they did that but as for my document which i brought from home they are all genuine, my passport statement cant remember all sha, so wondering where the issue is coming up from. we tried to ask him questions on the day on bio he said " dont worry everything has been arranged just have this put your account statement and co and we match in". trying to avoid all our questions still funny to me thou.

Don't u know where to get the agent,maybe you go to the agent house.no time man.update me on the outcome,its something good.

And if NO! he has no right to collect ur passport unless u gave him a letter of authority in writing,stating that he can collect ur passport behind ur back.......so dis sounds very interesting.......

@ ADEMOLAAAUA, will update u, what ever the outcome might be. @ohk9ner, yeah we have concluded on the pay and he collected my application slip that same bio day, but i just manage to memorise my id which i use in updating online, we never argue on money aspect thou, so im still waiting to see what trick he is performing, cos its stated collected, and he given me embassy stuff that they want him to provide us the passport owner, confused after VAC collection what do they have in that i guess if they have a cross examination on that they wont release the pp at all and reach out to us for report and explanation. abi wht do u thnk @ritze, my brought home doc are genuine, i will feed you back all sha the agent na sharp guy truly but he should be straight forward. not using embassy which anyone can call and verify as a hide out.

but he would call u.....all u need to ask hm is how many weeks visa was granted on ur passport.....

then if answers ... you can fault him,but its a psychological question... he is going to fall....

It will probably not be an issue. You can make the application with your own bank statement.

@dudet: i also applied same day with my family and brother inlaw via Online route but got no response till date.Have you gotten a response yet?Any idea why they are delaying?

To all those who got their visas after 2months or still waiting, please what route did you follow in submitting your application (online or at the vfs?). My husband and I are meant to travel to Canada in 2wks time but he submitted his app ONLINE on June 29th (as we believed it took only 3wks). I have my Canadian visit visa since last year which I haven't used at all and I wanna use it so I can renew it for the third time as I have been there before. However, as of today, even his biometrics still read "Not needed at this time". So I want to know if the time lag affects both online app and vfs even though i read on here of someone who got her visa in May after 3wks app online route

yeah, the guy Bleep up jare really disappointed in him, i don perceive that kind of betrayer in him from the start with lot of stories, you cant imagine he added some fake document to our application , the guy think say white na mumu like him. so they bounced and rejected us.(haven't see him to collect my passport thou, still lying to my other guys that aka carry am and they seized our passport. shoroniyen. just scared if i am not gonna be banned from entering canada for some years with such stupidity of that man.) so painful any thats a lesson for all sha, make sure you are fully prepared and do not let any Nigerian agents with there sugar mouth deceive you oooo. i am still on the run to collect my money from him but i doubt that sha but i will try my best cos the Bleep up came from him.

@alldmoney,sorry for the visa refusal,try to get your passport back from the agents and give it a shot again. This Canadian embassy are quite funny,why did they keep your application for over 2months when they don't want to grant you a Visa. The Government need to put them into order,we not slaves in our fatherland,we deserve some respect . its quite annoying .

I am an artist, I am applying for an artist residence in Canada, I plan to stay just a month or less. I don't intend to work or over stay because I plan to visit some other time. Do I need to get a police certificate and a health or travel insurance? If a health insurance is necessary, which insurance company certificate is acceptable to Canada

with you and you sure have right to check all docs.

what do you mean i know about it? and did you understand me clearly thou, i said we entered into vsf with an envelop did i said i submitted sealed evi naa, all papers were taken out on our hand. why would i try to if i knew there was fake stuff shey i be jew nii. the so called agent also did the same application for himself so we all submitted and do bio one after the other.

i wonder ooo, dont mind them jare i have gotten my pp back today jare, but is there a way i can confirm from vsf if there is no issue or ban on this passport cos the again assured me there is no issue but they suspend the guy that package the thing for us from operating. but i doubt that if there is nothing made on our pp also how do i confirm, im trying to call the receipt vsf number attached to my pp for check up. any idea.?

Try as much to be sure your PP is with him. I suppose its with the embassy.
