My School is acu (Australian Catholic University). They didn't ask for Bank Statement. Also, you can build a Bank Statement on a Subsequent deposit(in and out). 5m is ok and the money has to be there in cash at the time the Statement was printed.

If your application is Bsc, Masters by Coursework or PHD, you will be processes under SVP and the Embassy will not require you to produce Bank Statement. You must sign the Financial declaration part on your Visa application form as well as writing a simple declaration addressed to DIBP stating that you have access to funds that will cover you for cost of fees and living expenses for the total duration of your Studies in Australia.

I hope I answered all your questions?

BKings:
Please what is the name of your school, let me try. Also, do you think 5M is going to suffice for account statement, and if yes, must all the money be complete for the three months or is it acceptable to complete it the last month before presenting the statement?

NNBB2012 I need to understand something from ur response. U said he shud start applying from Nigeria, how will they fairly consider him since the address on his CV will still be Nigerian with no ties to Australia n no way of showing ur now a PR holder how will he be considered for a job from here? I know people get jobs from here but I have no clue as to how they do it

It is very simple. All you need to do is to update your CV and add Australian PR on it. Do not put address. Get a skype account with Australia number and route it to your mobile in case an employer calls you. The job that brought me to Austalia I got it while in Nigeria with my Nigerian's address and mobile number.

Yes you did bro but one last question, will they accept a fixed deposit or must it be liquidated, since it does not allow in and out flow of cash, thanks so much. Anyone who has gone through this before can still help me out

Have she tried posting here? Ban by mods only affect that section only and not the whole nairaland only if she was given global ban by the administration

19. Don't create a new account when banned for breaking a rule. If you do, make sure we don't find out.

Hi people
I trust you are all well.
@Bossladymo 1

I am seriously contemplating applying for 489.
I need your direction please.

The pleasure she is deriving from her contribution is beyond reward, and nairaland res valued her for that. Is not about money but the lady's information is robust. In addition, her maturity is superb and never see her uttering any vetuperation to any fellows. I think it is better for the admin to have a set of rule for exemptional circumstances weighing the the power of the information the individual is giving against his or her offence. Justwise, it is imperative the admin put this into consideration.

A fixed deposit account can be accepted, your Sponsor should state that the funds has been kept for your Educational Costs. Don't forget ACU don't ask of Bank Statement.

Micro Finance Bank is a Bank and it's a reputable financial and registered Institution in Nigeria, so yes, you can use their Statement.

Hi can we not move for bossladymo's ban to be lifted?
The Admin should know how useful and helpful she is and will still be.

If anyone knows how we can get the admin to know how helpful bossladymo is in this family, let him let us know.

You don't need to go for 489 when you can easily hit 60points. Try hard on your English and you will ace it eventually.

Things should not work that way, nobody should be above the law no matter how useful that person is, that said, i think there is more to that ban than just those two posts. No mod will ban you for that long for just opening two threads in a section.

I'm suspecting that this is the case of rule: 19. Don't create a new account when banned for breaking a rule. If you do, make sure we don't find out.
