Not into Windows phones, I'm sorry wouldn't know the better one out of the two.
But if I am to go by the features I look for in an android phone, (RAM, internal memory, SD card support, size etc), I would go for Microsoft Lumia 535, but again, what do I know? I could be wrong.
I'll suggest you ask people who've used or know bout windows phones well enough.
