have tried payooner card, they keep declining my applications, mr. henry ominogho applied it for me around 2008, but neva got to me, is like that was the reason they had been declining my applications

Every registered user of Neteller can request for their MasterCard. I do not think you were refused Payoneer card because of past request in 2008. I had one through odesk.com that I didn't use till it expired and yet I was given the one I requested after from Payoneer directly. I thought you once said you didn't have the acceptable ID card when I asked if you are an adult. I was thinking you were refused based on age or lack of ID like passport or driver's licence. I will suggest you request again, if you have their requirements, and choose the DHL option of shipment that legalwealth has always recommended. If not forthcoming, write specifically to Payoneer customer support.

not me. i ve national ID and that was what i used. had contacted their customer support unit, still told me they can't issue because inhouse security reason, i even asked her (lady) who replied me to tell me the reason, but refused, that is internal issued. may be i should try through odesk then

Net+MasterCard here i nigeria? Becos what i got from their customer support is that the Net+ Card is nt available in Nigerian.

You will be charged $13 for the physical card. You can however opt for a free virtual card with a 500 dollar limit.
Just apply using any government-issued ID (i.e if u want to be verified and be eligible to apply for a physical card)
You don't even need any ID card to get the virtual card

Yes you can, you can also transfer to some Nigerian bank accounts (never tried that though)

I don't sell Neteller funds for now but u can link your Naira debit card(either Mastercard or Visa) to your Neteller account and clink on 'Money In'
Just complete the page indicating how much you want to transfer to your Neteller account. Hope this helps
