Hello, Can anyone tell me if 5 million will complete 4 bedroom bungalow with two sitting rooms(double two bedrooms flats) in Owerri. If yes what would be the quality of the house

No,Sincerely speaking to get a standard 4 bedroom bungalow with two sitting rooms should between 6.5m or 7m.Most builders just to get the job will say YES,Forgetting that their are standard & qualities.But believe me you will spend more before it will be completed or soon after the completion,You spend twice as much in repairs.Thanks

To add to that, it also depends on the location you want it to be, Owerri is vast. And most of the lands are very expensive. Except if you have already procured a land.

Thanks a lot Bomsy..... I have acquired the land already, the survey and other registrations are done, it's a dry land too. So the 5 million is only for the construction of the house.

Actually the land is located in Nekede not even owerri. Please do give me an estimate of a nice finishing. If u have any pictures of your previous projects I will really appreciate. Thanks

Any engineer that gives an estimate of any building project without a drawing design of the structure you want,Is given you what is called a "rough estimate",base on your explanation of you want.On what you said that the land is in owerri,Which mostly 90℅ dry land,I gave you 6.5 to 7m.Not like in the niger delta region is 90℅ swampy and will cost up to 9m to 10m to get photo type of what you want.Remember what you want is a 4bedroom and maybe all the bedrooms will have their own toilets, a visitor toilet,two sitting rooms, a dinning,a kitchen.I will later send you some pictures of projects am handling,Which are more advance than what you want.But no structures are too small in construction.Thanks
