Go to government agencies, parastatals and ministries. You'll find out that corruption is enmeshed within the civil service.

To be fair to Mr Buhari he is talking and he is walking. Any new administration must keep telling people it's orther intentions in the various sectors while it goes about its business. If he doesn't tell you what he plans to do, you won't know if he is thinking of those things you have in mind. Besides such comments gives citizens opportunity to give their inputs and criticisms of such comments. A President's comment in public administration is called Policy Statement. "what govt plans to do or not to do" take Buhari's statements seriously folks.
bros ,pls since may 29 that buharoo took over pls kindly tell us 3 things which buhari plans to do for nigeria and which he has told nigerians maybe I am missing something. This man hasn't said anything concrete or tangible about how he wants or intends to do anything! If he has said anytime ,no one will be complaining . The whole system is just blank with no direction and he is busy enjoying the effect of keeping 160million ppl in suspense ,it is giving him an dictator and emperor feeling that he can do and undo anytime he so wishes without anyone been able to question him.

Before we hail this move,we should ask the pertinent question about who approves contracts. From my little knowledge,i believe the executive arm is the one empowered by law to award contracts and this arm consist of the president,vp,ministers and governors who come together every now and then to sanction federal contracts that cut across during federal executive meetings. So am not aware ministers can unilaterally award contracts except within their ministries for monies already budgeted for,so if ministers can no longer do this,is it the senior civil servants who have no executive powers that would then? Clarifications needed here.

Well if ministers won't award contracts anymore who will? Anyway I believe its a bold move by PMB. Our country need to get rid of this corrupt mentality that has almost brainwashed us.

it is the duty of the permanent secretary to do that, and I don't think any PS who has already spend more than 20years in service will want to sign any unreasonable or manipulated contract. I think my president has a tremendous idea. May GOD see him through the journey Amen.

Everything is going to be controlled from buharis kitchen! There, we have Tinubu, Danjuma and Amechi, his anti-corruption czars holding sway! Interesting! This is what you get when a highly opionated mercenery press intentionally introduces a very haughty-angry character as a stoic-serious minded/textbook administrator. . A blundering bimbo who will travel to another country for bilateral engagements that includes business deals without his countrys businessmen. Treating business as a crime in the process. . You can only act thus when your ultimate acheivement in business is to own 150 malnourished cows. This Daurra Disaster!

Easy bro, it not every time that he should be criticise. At times he needs our support.

Though Although APC started this.

One love. Happy Sunday
