rainyday:It's better you go to scan as many things could cause it. It's a form of dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain). |

sexywifey:Well, not likely it is the drug. The possible causes are many. You should investigate it. An transabdominal/transvaginal pelvic scan is a good start. |

jamcyd: Normal cycle days should round 21-35days.Often some women seem to exhibit the otherwise and just seem to be okay, while the others on a good percent seem to have a cause for it-may be due to PCOS,hormonal imbalance, medication or what have you. Make an appointment with a doctor,he may have a way to analyse if any cause may be attributed to it. |

Fearless. Madam! Franol use at beginning or during pregnancy may not be medically advised. This is to avoid any yet-to-be problems with pregnancy.Although,no clear health issue with the fetus had been drawn on Franol use during conception. However, it is to be used by pregnant women on doctor's guidance. To be on a safe side,it is expected of you to see a physical doctor.Explain to him all you can,he may see reasons on what to do to if at all there was any sided hack on the Franol use to your yet-to-know pregnancy and how to manage your health during your confinement and the baby. |

ginababy:Madam. Firstly, getting married is not a bad thing and marriage is not a cause to any of your lines of complaint. So there is a root cause to your change of behaviour or perhaps it is just a normal coincidence. We may not bank on your change of behaviour towards sex to proclaim an abnormality somewhere,it is not expected for a matured female to have this sex drive all, even almost the time during her mid-cycle.The lost of sex drive could be essential where no specific cause may be attributed to it and could be non-essential where some specific causes like psychologic stress or poor seral gonadic hormones or high or low prolactin hormone may be attributed and other more. Our advice is simple! Make an appointment with a physical doctor.Tell him or her all that is necessary to acknowledge this problem. He may see the need to advice you on doing an hormonal analysis of your reproductive hormones. You may find it also interesting discussing sex life issue with him. |

yugeekay:Hi, You only stopped breastfeeding this month. For someone who practised exlusive breastfeeding, it is not alarming to have not resumed mesnstruation by this time. You should relax (like stop worrying!) and your period will return. However, I think you should see your doctor for examination and investigations, considering the severity and associations of your pain. You can take regular painkillers for now. All the best. |

JummyGee:Hi, This bleeding that you think represents your menstruation, what is the pattern? Does it come every month? Never stopped initially when you took in? Lasts only 3 - 5 days every month? Have you registered for antenatal care? What did your scan say about the placenta? |

Good day docs. I'm a FTM. I gave birth to my DS on 11th of May. I have an issue and don't know if anyone has gone thru this. After I put to bed, I experienced the normal postpartum bleeding (lochia) and it stopped after 6weeks. Thereafter like a week later, I started bleeding.. I tot it was aunt flo visiting only for the bleeding to become extremely heavy (like filling one pad in less than 30 mins). I went to my doctor and a scan was done to check if there was any retained placenta and there was none. I was given injections and the bleeding subsided only for it to start again after 24hours. I went back and I was given drugs to use and my doc said if it doesn't stop that a D&C wld b done. After the drugs (took it for 2days) the bleeding stopped and I just kept spotting dark Brown discharge (it's sometimes sticky) till recently I started seeing blood spots... to cut the long story short, I hav just been spotting all tru except for one time I didn't spot at all for about 3 days.... but now I bleeding very very lightly (I'm using a liner for it cos it's light ). This one startd 2days ago. Don't knw if I'm experiencing hormonal imbalance or what? Sorry for d long story. |
