Please take a Picture of this Man or give us more details so we can publish it on The FCT Post www.fctpost.com, newsroom@fctpost.com or careers@fctpost.com. I think the Nigerian Authorities needs to step up, the Nigerian Police Force has been doing great lately apprehending criminal gangs. Please alert the Police or the DSS. Don't be a self centered person, stop these guys before they kill a Nairalander hustling to survive. Thank you

Op, I thank God for the wisdom you have taken in following those people.

Those guys kidnapping people are everywhere, from Lagos to East.

People should just be very careful.

I will advice, if possible , meet suspected "client" with like 2 armed military men not on uniform, if they make any funny move, atleast you get one of them arrested. He will produce others.

If truly we have a working smart intelligent force with the right tools, these scammers are a piece of cake to bait and catch.

Unfortunately, it all ends here. To imagine people have been victims of this same guy since 20BC yet kept mute only speaks on how we as a people encourage evil.

Send me PM if you need the spiritual Ingredients to wash your eyes so as to be able to distinguish fakes from Real----- some will still fall for this simple trick.

But why are you guys not reporting all this incidents before Dominion started this thread. I mean since about a year ago...
Your past experiences could have helped other people too... "When you see something, say something".
Let's not think about Owerri or Eastern part alone, this could happen anywhere, even in your backyard that you knew so well. Beware.

I know if you report to the police from now till tomorrow, they won't do anything, but if you guys contribute money and approach the police they will trail this guys and even recover your money.

Some did yesterday. Someone shared a similar experience and worst of all, he mentioned this same UMUORI! I already mentioned Lalasticlala's name on the thread and I wish it makes FP. Owerri is fast becoming a nightmare to visitors.

I'd advice in cases like this when going to a new town get yourself atleast informed to the police let them dresed in mofty and follow you to the site and be some meters from you before you call the clients, also try to give them a location where they can come and meet you.. God go help us

For how long would one keep up using military folks as escort to seeing a client? I don't really think this is a good idea. This should be very simple if properly dealt with; DO NOT meet with people, particularly online folks in a secluded area. Best bet is meeting them in an open place, that way one could assess them and probably 'size' them.

The risk comes with the job. Its only God that can help.
Anytime anybody is going to a site for inspection, its always a risk. I'm always mindful of that and take necessary precautions but most importantly rely on God.

This is serious. These bastard are giving owerri a bad name. As a precautionary measure, anyone who contacts you saying he got ur number off nairaland, ask him for his moniker. Check it out, open a thread on it. If he says someone referred him, obtain the moniker of the person. Then the next person who gets a call from owerri chaps again should prepare for them and play along. It's time to apprehend those bastards.

U would've try to meet them in an open space. ......u haven't got to the root of the matter....Anyway, thanks God u are smart enough

Didn't you read where he found out the same person was operating the two numbers as David and Kingsley ?
It would be foolish and risky to meet the suspect, no matter the location.
