most occasions on these suicide bomber incidents. i will also blame some of the citizens. Nigerian are too busy and careless in reporting suspicious movements or items seen in their locations or passing by the road. until we stop this i don't care attitude because we are not directly affected some of these things will not stop. the US security works and suceeds majorly on informations from citizens given to them on time........information is a very vital tool in curbing this insurgence.
