I graduated in 2013, but I missed nysc in 2014 and the batch A this year, but have being cleared for batch B, so the jamb reg. They gave me then in 2013 have not been regularize, so some people said I should contact him that he would help me out on it, so we spoke at lenght, but he told me I would have to go to abuja and regularize it, but I begged him to help me do it if he has somebody in abuja, and he said he can't, that some people have termed him scammer, so later he agreed to help me, so he said I should snd al my details and av done dt, so he's waiting 4 d 5k in2 his acnt 2mrw nw

Before u regularise ur jamb reg number...u must have some issues with ur jamb adimission informations... And or u passed through basic/remedial/pre-degree program. You just have to regenerate a new jamb reg number by going to jamb office to pay a token...before regularissation process online... Capisce?
