Let me give you some matured advice. First, is he the CEO/MD? Does he exercise the power to terminate your employment instantly?

Regardless of these questions, your attitude counts. You have to work harder than your peers because any little mistake may result to instant termination. Act like you saw nothing and try to be friends with him and the secretary. Though, the secretary will act awkward due to her feminine tendencies. Be cool with your boss and act like he is a sharp man. If you succeed, you have made a long-life friend and possible progression on your career.

Read this: 2 months ago, I spent the night with a friend and colleague. When the morning came, it was barely 7 hrs before we would continue our journey as men. His girlfriend came around at about 8am and virtually spent the morning with us. 12pm and my friend took his shower. I equally did the same after him. I had already dressed up and was about heading to the parlour so we could all go to work after he had dropped of the girl. Inches away from the parlour, I was hearing moans. If you really value the relationship you had with him, tell him face to face that you don't have any problems with him. His private life remains private and not your business.
