My brother works with zenith as a contract staff and he says once u are taken as a contract staff is not an assurance you will eventually move to full time staff . And he said people he met at the bank that has been working for like 3yrs still earn what they were earning at the start ... and that's 59k 1 Like |

A lot of people don't know the difference between contract staff, direct sales agent, bvn registration agent and a full staff. No bank currently pays full staff below 1 million a year net pay. 2 Likes 1 Share |

What about their contact staff, most banks nowadays uses contract staff. Some pay 60k and others less. And most banks takes more of these contract staff to allow them amass more wealth allanphash7:What about their contact staff, most banks nowadays uses contract staff. Some pay 60k and others less. Gboliwe: Besides it was never a mortgage bank. It transited from a merchant bank to a full fledged commercial bank under Nebolisa Arah. I was earning slightly higher than that figure as a Senior Banking Executive which is not too low by any standard. My next grade would have been an AM. Of course i left shortly after. 1 Like |

allanphash7: I told you that a Secretary, who is an outsourced staff is collecting close to 100k, mind you, majority of them are HND holders. However, who told you that a Note Counter is originally employed by Zenith Bank? May be you or your friend who is working as a Note Counter in Zenith has been mislead by the fact that you are interviewed in the Zenith premises. For your information, Note Counters, CSO, Secretaries, Dispatch Riders, Security Officers etc are directly under the employment of Peopleplus Management and Services Ltd: they are not a staff of Zenith Bank, but they work in Zenith Bank. If an outsourced staff is collecting up to that, what give you premonition that the original staff will be receiving lesser? In Labour market of nowadays, the question is not whether you are a Bsc holder or not, but the mode of employment in an organization. Zenith, Access and First Bank pays much to their staff and not the 'contract staff' you are ranting about here. You need to wake up from your deep slumber. |

The one u mentioned is for contract wh is better than som contract in other bank...like zenith bank that pay 70k or FMCB that pay 35k.Am an insider so I kno this are facts. |

Banks pay far better that this one u wrote. Access bank pays close to 250k for her entry level and they are not the highest paid bank in d country. Please stop this false information. |
