yes, unfortunately this happens ALL over the world... because there are greedy/crooked people everywhere, but thats certainly aint the reason why we should stop the war on drugs/corruption.

a few months ago in France, close to 50kg of seized cocaine (worth close to €7.5millions) disappeared from the locked safe of a police station!
