When I started working in a bank in 2001 my monthly salary was 90000 then my friends working in civil service were paid 15000, NNPC friends were paid 25000. Am really surprised entry point salary is still as it was though I heard that they have now some crook levels, in our days we started as Assistant officers(entry point) When I left banking in 2013 my monthly take home was 660,000, now am an employer of labour and am yet to be 40, have four houses two in Abuja two in my state. allanphash7: The way you are portraying yourself as if you know much about Zenith more than anybody is astonishing: ask your friend who is claiming he/she is underpaid to present his offer letter, you will no doubt be convinced that he is not a staff of Zenith, though he possesses Zenith's ID Card. Instead, his offer letter carries 'PP+' not Zenith. In my own assessment, Peoplesplus, just like any outsourcing firm is a separate legal entity incorporated by Zenith Bank's HR, but headed by Consultant to cater for all supporting staff working in Zenith Bank nationwide. It employs OND, HND, and Bsc holders as its staff. It is located inside Zenith Bank, Ajose: the same building at Zenith Head Office. Just like the way Zenith treats its own professional staff, they issue the same ID card to its staff - like Secretaries, CSOs, Note Counters, Security Officers etc If invited for test/interview, such individual will undergo test/interview in the Zenith Bank, which may give such person an impression that he/she is a real staff of Zenith. But the truth is that such person is not a professional staff of Zenith, but PP+. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Israel5: Oga get your facts right before posting false information.. for the records if UBA employ you as a graduate trainee thatv s not based on contract, your take home is 142k.. As far as entry level is concern, UBA is probably the 4th after Diamond. GTBank and Skye. Just that recruitment in banking takes different forms.. it cld graduate trainee core staff, graduate trainee contract, or ND/NCE recruitment. |

See as this topic is hot... Diamond Bank is currently the highest paid for entry levels. Access Bank review salaries upward last year to about 230+ and Gt pays 209 before and after confirmation. Gt also pays profit sharing bonus and quarterly allowances. 1 Like |
