That is why atimes I do wonder whether some of those so called fathers are actually the fathers of the children their wives gave birth to.This is due largely to the high rate of promiscuity going on in our soceity. |

Paternity fraud is not a criminal offense in America. There are numerous cases of men paying child support for children that are not theirs and the women are never asked to return the money when it is established that the man is not the father, not to speak of incarceration. The laws have changed somewhat of late, in some states men might get relief if paternity fraud is established but that is not universal. No money is refunded and no threat of imprisonment for these ladies that commit fraud. The courts in America are loathe to hold women to account. DNA testing should be mandatory at birth, before the birth certificate is signed - that would put a stop to all of this nonsense. 1 Like |

AwesomelyMade:stop displaying ur stupidity everywhere... ""In a phone interview with Ventures Africa, Mr. Ayodele Ayodeji of Paternity Test Nigeria said there is one case of paternity fraud out of every four paternity tests conducted at the centre. “I will say one out of four paternity tests turn out negative,” he told me. He also added that people of the South-east – Ibos and South- south – Deltans, patronise the centre more than the people of western Nigeria – the Yorubas. Cutehector: I am boss. You see, it takes just a drop of spermatozoa to impregnate a woman and there's no way one can tell if a prick has entered the 'place' lol. Not like I'll inform her I'm going to have a paternity test though. It will be done without her knowledge and she'll never know, unless of course the unexpected is the case. Trust is just not enough to father a child one is uncertain is truly theirs. |

Truckpusher: Trust ke. Who trust help? There are too many promiscuous ladies lately and all they understand is money and money. You meet them today and bang them same day even though they're deceiving some guy somewhere that he's their one and only. And then one expect you to trust them just because they're married ba? It's a foolhardy exercise for a man not to ascertain the true paternity of his kids. Not in this 21st century. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

skyfullofstars: That's not the same thing. The woman knows that child is not from her, whilst the man is deceived into believing that the child is his. These women are lying to everyone - they lie to the man and her child, that is evil. |

dollarlander:Misplaced paternity does not go with one tribe. It's a general disease plaguing the human race. Some people have a way of identifying their offspring by body marks or certain parts of the body always comes out in the same way. I have a friend whose children always comes with six fingers on the left hand. Even, when the guy strayed away from home. The product came with six fingers in his left hand. We all have to take a closer look at our offspring's, you will notice something similar in appearance among them either way. 1 Like |

Dearpreye yea! To a certain level I'd say. In my friend's case,,in an interval of 1-2days she had sex twice with d guyz Assuming d first guy's milk is'nt thick enough definitely d pregnancy is'nt 4 him but d 2nd. So do you think she knows who d father of d child is @dat point? Hell no! And it'd be after she might hv given birth then DNA test should be done 2 ascertain who owns it. |
