My client's Engr called me 2 days ago that some local gov. Officials from eti osa came to the site where we are working on the foundation stage at ogombo. They demanded for development fees and materials levy.. They even came prepared with a bank teller.. First bank.. And a notice.. They asked us to pay 150000 Naira.. And when my Engr negotiated with them.. The officials suggested that we pay 100k into the account and give them 30k... Pls how true is this new levy after paying omonile foundation fees.. Na wah o

Local government have nothing to do with a land development it all alausa state government matter. Na omonile tout. I started taking their photo and they and they stopped their shinanigans.

Ask for their name, department and manager and say you will visit their office. The last development that I did they gave address close to my aunt and I had to go see her and noticed fake address.

Check the internet there is collection list of levies that the lagos state put into law as collectable by local authorities in the state.
