But in the military it shows how disciplined and fit you are... Pot belly is never a good sign of someone who is still maintaining the long time military principles...

Gbam, military life comes with discipline and fitness to motivate your surbodinates. Rarely in a western society you will see service chiefs so fat looking like they are about having twins.
