Thank you @ twinkle1...I have gone through it, but I need to know if the embassy issues a year VISA freely...is it easy after u have met all the requirements, from all i hv read on this thread, it seems they prefer people to take the language course in lagos if that's the only reason I wanna travel. 1 Like |

lakesidepapa: Dolpaz has uploaded em.... xtonuns:you've answered yourself already. I know for sure that they don't grant language visas anymore, even met someone who came to pick up his documents because his application for language visa was rejected on the day of my Interview. From thread 1 to this thread 2, I don't seem to recall anyone who was given a language visa. You can still try though, maybe you'd be the first successful Nairalander afterall there is always a first time for things to happen. Anyway, try checking TU Clausthal. I think they offer a program which has a language course which you must pass as it is a prerequisite to the main course which is taught in German only. You'd have to look for the exact info from thread 1. My advice: Apply for an English taught program. (You neva pass English exam finish, na German exam you wan pass) If you so love the German Language, then am afraid you'd have to invest a year learning it intensively at Goethe. #My2shillings |

xtonuns: You got a very SOLID advice from obiwannn.. Just JEJELY APPLY TO THE PLENTY 'ENGLISH ONLY' taught courses in Germany.. Infact many don't even ask for any German language ish. Haba BROTHERLY THE LANGUAGE YOU WAN LEARN YOU GO STILL KNOW AM WHEN YOU ENTER GERMO. GUY ENTER GERMO FEST using English taught courses.. U go sabi German any how yaga yaga. Why worry about language when u never even sought admission? |

Time to drop my opinion after ignoring for some days.. People come on here to get answers to solutions from matters they are facing.. But UNFORTUNATELY what they get is bashing or yabs sometimes with the solution coated with it **but everything don spoil as u don add yab**. This is absolutely unethical. I'm not going to mention any name.. But the same person did it three times to different people as far as I observed . |

People body too dey hot for here. Am I the only one who doesn't take life (NL) seriously? I've been on NL for 7 years and never had an e-quarrel for a day! People should learn to ignore petty things - more like sifting the grain from the sand. Instead of firing back; it puts you on a higher pedestal. As far as I can tell, that language quote was simply expressing how difficult it is to get fluent in a language from scratch. ^^^^^^ The 2 posts above, Were those subs really necessary? 2 Likes |

Someone will say 'WELCOME TO NAIRALAND' shey? .. Like how people bash themselves like it's nothing on front page.. Been on NL for about 3 years.. Bashing na everyday parole.. We know Make we come turn this place to oshodi abi?? |
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by twinkle1(m): 3:43pm On Jul 31, 2015 |
Williamso: This is my sub.. To me it's necessary.. Are you bothered about it? |
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by Williamso(m): 3:47pm On Jul 31, 2015 |
twinkle1:It is not a sub as I reference you and Obiwann's posts in it, directly. Bothered? Not really. Just believe we should be bigger than certain things. You may be surprised when/if you find out the ages of those people on FP you wish to emulate. Anyway, whatever rocks your boat. |
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by twinkle1(m): 3:53pm On Jul 31, 2015 |
Williamso: I don't wish to emulate jack .. I don't even comment on Front page sef.. I just read it, laugh, shake head sometimes and ignore.. This is the only page I've really been on.. Because well I needed help from it nd I got it fully well.. |
