No matter how big a guy's "amusement park" is....forget about six-packs, you'll discover that such a guy would always crave for a woman with a considerable level of flat tummy. I don't blame them, after all, it's guys that woo the ladies(African mentality). All I see these days is ladies with round protruding tummy....ogini? Please ladies, let's try as much as possible to shed some of these unwanted tummy fat so that, the special man in your life will also see you as his special woman.

I usually don't like eating all those junks of oily & fatty foods. Even if I do, it would be on dietary regulation. I have been maintaining this for long and it helps to keep me healthy and in good shape.
