But on the Employment application form, there is question on expected compensation, is it that you keep that space blank? how come they ask u the same thing again on the interview day? pls.

Another thing is if they don't want us, they should send us a failure message, so that we can stop thinking of them. Puting our faith high is bad.

U can as well shoot urself in the leg if your expectation is out of their range. I told them 500k anyway.
