I drink lots of water and eat small, I even practice breathing techniques just to try and stop the tin.

Mamas, I don't know if am the only one feeling this way o. I am almost 14weeks gone but no bump and sometimes I don't even feel like am pregnant though I had Ms for some weeks and my scan shows all is well . My first pregnancy wasn't like this. I am yet to start antenatal. Please mamas is it normal for baby bump not to show at this stage or am I just being paranoid?

Dont worry. All I have to say is that all is well with you. Free your mind and relax: thats the first thing I think helps. Mamas will respond to you.

Make sure you do not insert any vaginal tablet or anything deep into your vjay. Here, canesten insertion tablets are not sold to pregnant women because of the associated risk except it's been prescribed by a doctor.

Since the discharge is light, get very hotwater, add salt and a cap of dettol in a bucket and sit over the steam. It sounds rather crude but it works like a charm. You can also rinse your vjay with the same salt and dettol combo using warm water.

Another option is to get tea tree oil and put few drops in warm water and use it to douche.
