uniben did not categorically say it's compulsory, but your instinct should tell you,
cos they're asking for vital information such as passport photograph, jamb score, local govt of origin etc. you still have today and tomorrow to register though(that's if you haven't registered)

I personally don't think its compulsory, first they said UNIBEN is using the test for eligibility,now this, let's not imply what we are not sure of, if it was compulsory, it would have atleast been less faulty to register, most people paid and they can't even write it, so many technical fault, that's on the part of uniben, and as regards taken ur personal info, they telling u that's the exact way in which u should register for your post ume, they making it easy 4 u, when the real post ume application shows up.

I would advice, test yourself using the cbt practice.
But it isn't compulsory.
